• An initial Effectiveness Culture assessment: providing you with the benchmark of how strong the effectiveness culture is within your brand or agency.
• Effectiveness Roadmap Workshop: using our four pillar effectiveness culture framework (Focus, People, Process, Data Tools & Measurement), we will spend 2 hours helping you create your Effectiveness Roadmap asking the questions that will help you understand the steps you need to take to build a stronger effectiveness culture.

• A monthly Effectiveness MOT: each Ignition Room Plus member is placed into a cohort of other Plus members. On a set day each month, each cohort will meet (under our management and guidance) to:

  1. Increase accountability: provide a progress update on the delivery of the roadmap workstreams.
  2. Get some outside in thinking: sharing the priority challenge to talk through with your cohort which will help you progress in the next month.
